Za mene je to bio samo Pilates. Tada sam \u017eivela u Australiji i nije bilo drugih Pilates Studija u okolini, pa nisam imala sa \u010dim da uporedim. Danas su stvari druga\u010dije, postoji toliko Pilates Studija, ali se toliko razlikuju po stilu. \u010cesto me pitaju o razlici izme\u0111u Klasi\u010dnog i Savremenog Pilatesa, posebno otkako je moj studio pre\u0161ao sa Savremenog na Klasi\u010dni Pilates.<\/p>\n<p><b>Klasi\u010dni pilates<\/b>\u00a0se strogo pridr\u017eava u\u010denja originalnog rada D\u017eozefa Pilatesa. Njegov pristup je bio da koristi sve sprave \u2013 Kadilak, Reformer, Stolicu, Giljotinu, Elektri\u010dnu stolicu, Prsten, Bure i jo\u0161 mnogo toga \u2013 kao sistem ve\u017ebi i opreme za ispravljanje asimetrije, nepravilnog poravnanja i disfunkcije. Kada se D\u017eoove pilates ve\u017ebe izvode koriste\u0107i njegovu metodu, to se naziva Kontrologija. Kada se njegove ve\u017ebe podu\u010davaju nasumi\u010dno, ciljevi njegove metode ma\u0161e metu.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u0161to je gospodin Pilates preminuo 1967. godine, njegovu metodologiju uglavnom podu\u010davaju pojedinci koji su direktno u\u010dili od njega (u\u010ditelji prve generacije). U\u010ditelji druge generacije koji su imali sre\u0107u da u\u010de od jednog ili vi\u0161e u\u010ditelja prve generacije su pomogli da se njegov rad i duh odr\u017ee \u017eivim, poku\u0161avaju da ostanu veoma verni originalnom radu.<\/p>\n<p>Pilates je korektivna ve\u017eba, kako ga je D\u017eo Pilates nazvao, i trebalo bi da bude individualan za svaku osobu. Idealno, Pilates bi trebalo raditi privatno ili u malim grupama gde klijent radi rutinu koju je nau\u010dio na privatnim \u010dasovima.<\/p>\n<p>Da bi Pilates u\u010dinio svoje \u010dudo, u\u010ditelj mora biti u stanju da odabere prave ve\u017ebe za svaku osobu. Tako\u0111e, u Klasi\u010dnom Pilatesu nema nivoa. Kao \u0161to je D\u017eej Grajms rekao: \u201eU Pilatesu nema nivoa, samo odgovaraju\u0107ih ve\u017ebi\u201c.<br \/>\nSvaka osoba \u0107e napredovati kroz Pilates repertoar razli\u010ditom brzinom. Ljudi dolaze sa razli\u010ditim stavovima i o\u010dekivanjima. U\u010di\u0161 da manje razmi\u0161lja\u0161 glavom, a vi\u0161e telom i da se koncentri\u0161e\u0161 na to kako se telo ose\u0107a kada se kre\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Klasi\u010dni Pilates je do\u017eivotni poduhvat! Retko ko \u0107e savr\u0161eno izvesti ve\u017ebe iz prvog poku\u0161aja, \u010dak i ako izgleda dobro ili je osoba sna\u017ena i izvajana. To je tako\u0111e lepota Pilatesa. Rad se konstantno razvija i jedini na\u010din da se bilo \u0161ta usavr\u0161i je da se nastavi sa ve\u017ebanjem.<\/p>\n<p><b>Savremeni Pilates<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 evoluirao je da uklju\u010di modernu nauku o ve\u017ebanju i principe rehabilitacije. Ovaj pristup dozvoljava modifikacije Klasi\u010dnih ve\u017ebi kako bi se prilagodile individualnim potrebama i savremenom razumevanju mehanike tela. Savremeni Pilates tako\u0111e integri\u0161e novu opremu i ve\u017ebe koje originalno nisu bile deo repertoara D\u017eozefa Pilatesa.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina Savremenih Pilates Studija nudi grupne \u010dasove gde instruktor podu\u010dava klijente istovremeno. Instruktori mogu uklju\u010diti me\u0161avinu Pilates principa (koji nisu prisutni u Klasi\u010dnom Pilatesu) sa elementima iz drugih modaliteta kretanja kao \u0161to su joga, ples ili fizikalna terapija. Instrukcije mogu biti raznovrsnije, sa naglaskom na funkcionalne obrasce kretanja i poravnanje.<\/p>\n<p>Na moje razo\u010daranje, prime\u0107ujem da se Savremeni Pilates toliko udaljava od originalne metode da uskoro vi\u0161e ne\u0107e biti prepoznatljiv.<br \/>\nBez obzira da li odaberete Klasi\u010dni ili Savremeni Pilates, ve\u017ebanje mo\u017ee imati dubok uticaj na va\u0161e zdravlje i kondiciju.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju, izbor izme\u0111u ova dva zavisi od individualnih preferenci, ciljeva i potreba. Bilo da preferirate izgradjenu disciplinu Klasi\u010dnog Pilatesa ili prilagodljivu prirodu Savremenog Pilatesa, oba nude vredne elemente za pobolj\u0161anje snage, fleksibilnosti i op\u0161teg blagostanja.<\/p>\n<p>Moj pristup Pilatesu danas je veoma ukorenjen u Klasi\u010dnoj tradiciji. Onog trenutka kada sam shvatila \u0161ta je Klasi\u010dan Pilates, za mene vi\u0161e nema mesta za bilo koji drugi oblik PIlates ili ve\u017ebi generalno.
