GENERAL FAQ

I am new to Pilates and studio Lilyfit. Where do I start?

We recommend that a new client interested in taking 1: 1 Pilates at our studio, first begin with a single class although it’s not mandatory, to meet with Lily and check out the studio and see what is Pilates all about. Working with Lily during the session will educate you on your body, and its alignment, and you’ll learn how to optimally work your body.

How do I book a class?
You can book directly into the group Reformer and Small Equipment classes via the timetable on the website. You can view our timetables, and pricing, and book a class under “BOOK” in the navigation bar. Clients can see and manage their bookings through the Punchpass portal. We ask that all clients manage their own class bookings through our online system. Please ensure you have turned on your notifications in your Punchpass account to stay up to date with any class or waitlist changes.
What’s your cancellation policy and what happens if I show up late

We require 12 hours of advanced notice for the online live classes if you can’t make it to a scheduled class and 24-hour advanced notice if you can’t make it to a scheduled private session at the studio. If you cancel after that notice you will be charged the full price. If you are late getting to the studio, your class will still finish on time.
